STHT-R Braided

Sani-Tech® STHT®-R platinum-cured braid-reinforced silicone hose is an ultra-flexible, high-purity hose thatwas developed for higher pressure applications.STHT®-R is manufactured with Sani-Tech® 65 brand silicone resin.

STHT-R-HD

Sani-Tech® STHT®-R-HD high purity grade silicone hose is ideally suited for elevated pressure applications where strength, durability and continuous length are critical. Designed to meet the specific requirements of the pharmaceutical customer, this hose offers a high pressure rating and complete lot traceability, and unsurpassed performance characteristics.

STHT-W

Sani-Tech® STHT®-W platinum-cured wire-reinforced silicone hose is wrapped with multi-ply reinforcement and 316L SS helical wire. This product, manufactured with an extruded homogeneous silicone tubing I.D. to ensure product integrity, is designed for vacuum and tight bend radius applications.

Hose Identification Systems

Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics has resolved the issue of hose identification with the new SANIseal® silicone label encapsulation system (Patent Number 6,660,396). This unique one-step system now allows the fabricator or end user to record information such as date of manufacture (DOM), lot number, process used on, fabricator’s identity, part number or simply the telephone number to call for a replacement. Combine labels with a system of color-coded bands for easy identification of hoses.

The Chemfluor® FEP fluoropolymer liner used in PharmaSmooth™ has been the top choice in the process industry for many years. The high purity, ultra-smooth inner bore surface of the hose prevents virtually all material entrapment and bacteria build-up.

Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics’ new PharmaSmooth™ flexible hose solves a long-standing problem associated with cleaning the rough surface of any hose covered with EPDM rubber. PharmaSmooth’s EPDM outer surface achieves close to a 20 Ra rating, enabling you to quickly and easily remove dirt on the hose cover with a wet cloth and enhancing the overall cleanliness of your operation.
