Sani-Tech Ultra
Sani-Tech® Ultra represents the next generation in ultra-pure platinum-cured silicone tubing. Quite simply, it’s a better product. Features like ultra-low extractables and longer pump life were engineered into Ultra by the experienced materials scientists of Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics to meet the stringent requirements of the biopharmaceutical market.
STHT-C
Sani-Tech® STHT®-C is an ultra-pure, biopharmaceutical-grade tubing that has a useful life unmatched by any other known process tubing. Sani-Tech® STHT®-C platinumcured silicone tubing resists temperature extremes, ozone, corona, radiation, moisture,compression sets,weathering and chemical attack and imparts no taste or odors to fluids transported within it.
SIL 250
Peristaltic pumping transports fluids efficiently, without risking contact with any portion of the pump itself. To accomplish this, flexible tubing is inserted between the pump rollers and housing. Sani-Tech® SIL-250 silicone tubing is formulated specifically for use in peristaltic pumpapplications.
LA 60

EZ Top
Manufactured from high-purity, platinum-cured silicone elastomers or thermoplastics, our Sani-Tech® EZ Top® container closure components provide an aseptic seal for handling various high-purity fluids in biopharmaceutical applications.
Silicon Stoppers

PharmaFlour

PharMed BPT

Versilic SPX-50
Peroxide-cured Versilic® Silicone Tubing Formulation SPX-50 is designed for use in
applications where flexibility, resiliency and durability are required. Versilic® Silicone Tubing complies fully with the requirements of the USP Class VI Criteria and is entirely non-toxic, non-hemolytic and non-pyrogenic. It also meets 3-A Sanitary Standards, FDA 21 CFR Part 177.2600 Criteria and NSF 51 Standard.

Pure Fit Tru Valve

Clamps
Pure-Fit® TC Tube Clamps represent a new generation of clamping technology for the pharmaceutical industry. Pure-Fit® TC Tube Clamps are constructed from high performance thermoplastic materials such as PVDF or polypropylene, and come in two standard sizes (3/8" and 3/4") to accommodate a wide range of tubing products.
Tygon R3603
Tygon® Laboratory Tubing may be safely sterilized by coiling loosely in surgical muslin and
autoclaving at 15 psi of steam for 30 minutes. Following initial sterilization, a shrinkage of 2%-4% may be noted. However, no further shrinkage should occur with subsequent sterilizations. Crystal clear and flexible, Tygon® Laboratory Tubing handles virtually all inorganic chemicals found in the lab. It is non-oxidizing and non-contaminating.
Tygon 3355-L
TYGON® 3355-L silicone tubing is formulated specifically for use in peristaltic pump
applications. With its superior flex life characteristics, manufacturing processes can be
simplified by reducing potential production downtime due to pump tubing failure. The smooth inner surface of TYGON® 3355-L silicone tubing is designed to help reduce the risk of particle entrapment and microscopic build-up during sensitive fluid transfer.
Tygon 2275 I.B
TYGON® 2275 I.B. tubing is virtually unaffected by chemical sanitizers and cleaners. As a
result, it can be cleaned repeatedly without decreasing its service life. The non-wettable
surface of the product facilitates complete drainage of fluid during the cleaning process. TYGON® 2275 I.B. High-Purity Tubing is hydrophobic and resists the sorption (absorption/adsorption) of aqueous fluids. This reduction in sorption minimizes the risk of fluid alteration in single or repeat-use applications.
Tygon 3370 I.B
TYGON® 3370 I.B. can easily withstand repeated SIP and CIP cleaning and sterilization
cycles, making it ideal for repeat-use applications. Its flexibility, durability, and chemical
and temperature resistance provide a unique combination of characteristics required in
many pharmaceutical, biotechnology, laboratory, food, beverage, cosmetic, environmental, and industrial applications.
Tygon E-3603
TYGON® E-3603 Laboratory Tubing handles virtually all inorganic chemicals found in the lab. It is non-oxidizing and non-contaminating, and less permeable than rubber tubing. The glassy-smooth inner bore helps prevent buildup to facilitate cleaning, and coils are marked at 1-foot intervals for easy measuring.
Tygon HPT
TYGON® HPT® has an ultra-smooth inner bore which drastically reduces potential particle
entrapment and microscopic build-up during critical fluid transfer processes. This smooth
fluid path also helps facilitate complete sanitation of the fluid transfer system and improves
flow characteristics by reducing surface area.
Tygon 2275
TYGON® 2275 High Purity Tubing is also unique when it comes to disposal. TYGON® 2275 High Purity Tubing is hydrophobic and will resist the absorption/adsorption of aqueous fluids. This reduction in absorption/adsorption minimizes the risk of fluid alteration in single or repeat use applications.

Tygon 3350
TYGON® 3350 silicone tubing is compounded to meet the most demanding requirements
of biocompatibility. In-house extractability tests have shown that TYGON® 3350 silicone
tubing has a low extractable content. Lower extractables help to maintain the purity of
transported fluids in sensitive applications.
Tygon R-1000
Tygon® Ultra-Soft Tubing is the solution to applications requiring maximum drapeability and kink resistance.
